The Great Pumpkin

Today was the day for picking Victor's wonderful pumpkin that we have been watching grow all summer long. I think he checked on it every day! Of the handful of seeds that he planted, one vine grew; and of the many blossoms on that vine, only one produced a pumpkin. But what a pumpkin!

No, it's not yet Halloween. We got Victor's costume at Wal-Mart yesterday, and today he just wanted to "try it on." He ended up wearing it all day, and I didn't say anything, because he loves it so much, and besides, I figured we were getting more for our money!

Tree Climbing

What are trees for, if not to climb? Logan lives across the street from us, and often comes to play with Victor and Jonathan. They like to climb trees together and make their mothers nervous!

Kristin and Travis's Wedding

Kristin and Travis got married on September 1st in Malta, Montana. It was a beautiful day and a beautiful wedding for a very special couple! We are so happy they found each other, and wish them a lifetime of happiness together. These are candid shots of their wedding that I volunteered to take as "assistant" photographer!

We flew the little plane to Malta, a 450 mile drive, 3 hrs. by air. It "beats walkin'!"

Volleyball vs. St. John

The North Star Bearcats traveled to St. John for a closely matched volleyball game. It wasn't an easy victory, but the Bearcats came out on top in both the Varsity and Junior Varsity matches!
